Membership Terms

Membership provides access to features, content, dashboards, and community experiences offered by Steps & Phases. Membership tiers, benefits, and inclusions are described at the time of enrollment and may evolve over time.

Where memberships are paid, billing frequency, pricing, renewal terms, and applicable taxes will be clearly presented before purchase. Unless otherwise stated, paid memberships automatically renew at the then-current rate until cancelled.

You may cancel a paid membership at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access typically continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

Free memberships and waitlist access are offered as part of building the ecosystem. Availability, features, and limitations may change as the Platform grows.

Features, content, programs, and partner offerings available to members may be added, modified, or removed over time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes affecting paid features.

Steps & Phases is an evolving ecosystem. Members understand that the Platform will grow and change as we expand offerings, partners, programs, and tools.

Members agree to provide accurate information, safeguard their credentials, comply with our Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy, and use the Platform respectfully.

We may suspend or terminate any membership for violations of our policies, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or as otherwise permitted by our Terms & Conditions.

These Membership Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Disputes are subject to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms & Conditions.
