Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all visitors, members, partners, and team members using the Steps & Phases Platform, operated by Community Wellness Organization LLC. It supplements our Terms & Conditions and Community Guidelines.

1. Prohibited Activity

  • Violating any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Harassing, threatening, defaming, or discriminating against any person.
  • Engaging in fraud, deception, or misleading conduct.
  • Posting unlawful, infringing, obscene, or harmful content.
  • Engaging in behavior that endangers the safety, dignity, or privacy of others.

2. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

You may not exploit referrals, rewards, memberships, partner programs, or other features through inauthentic activity, fake accounts, manipulated traffic, or any scheme intended to obtain rewards, payments, or visibility you would not otherwise be entitled to.

3. Scraping, Spamming & Automated Misuse

You may not scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform; use bots or unauthorized automation; send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk promotional content; or interfere with the operation of the Platform.

4. Impersonation & Misrepresentation

You may not impersonate any person or organization, misrepresent your affiliation with Steps & Phases or any Partner, or submit false credentials, services, or offerings.

5. Security

You may not attempt to disrupt, probe, reverse engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, accounts, or data. Report suspected vulnerabilities promptly.

6. Harmful Conduct & Content

Content or behavior that promotes violence, exploitation, self-harm, hate, illegal goods, or harmful misinformation is strictly prohibited.

7. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action including content removal, account suspension or termination, reversal of rewards, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate. Enforcement is at our sole discretion.
