All content, branding, design, and software comprising the Steps & Phases Platform are owned by Community Wellness Organization LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
1. Ownership of Platform Content
Unless otherwise indicated, all text, graphics, images, logos, icons, videos, audio, software, code, layouts, and other materials on the Platform are the property of Community Wellness Organization LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright.
2. Branding & Trademarks
"Steps & Phases," the Steps & Phases logo, and related names, marks, and slogans are trademarks of Community Wellness Organization LLC. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.
3. Intellectual Property Protections
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including derivative works and improvements, remain with Community Wellness Organization LLC. No license is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise except as expressly stated in our Terms & Conditions.
4. Permitted Use
You may access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with our Terms & Conditions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of our content without prior written permission.
5. User Content
If you submit content to the Platform, you retain ownership of your content but grant us the license described in our Terms & Conditions to host and display it.
6. Reporting Infringement (DMCA)
If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent containing the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on the Platform.
- Your contact information (address, telephone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Notices may be submitted through our Contact page, addressed to the Copyright Agent, Community Wellness Organization LLC.
7. Counter-Notices
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
