This Data & Communication Policy explains how Steps & Phases — operated by Community Wellness Organization LLC — communicates with you, the consents we rely on, and the controls you have. It complements our Privacy Policy.
1. SMS & Email Consent
By providing your phone number or email and opting in (for example, by joining the waitlist, creating an account, or submitting a form), you consent to receive transactional and, where applicable, informational or marketing messages from Steps & Phases. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply for SMS.
2. Types of Communication
- Transactional — account confirmations, security alerts, application status, and service notices.
- Service updates — important platform updates, policy changes, and announcements.
- Community & marketing — newsletters, opportunities, events, and promotional content (sent only with consent).
- Partner-related — communications related to partner offerings you have engaged with.
3. Communication Preferences
You can manage your communication preferences through your account where available, or by contacting us. Some transactional communications are required for the operation of your account and cannot be disabled while the account remains active.
4. Notifications
If you enable browser, in-app, or device notifications, you can disable them through your browser or device settings at any time.
5. Unsubscribe Instructions
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link in the footer. To stop SMS messages, reply STOP to any SMS from us. For HELP, reply HELP. You may also email or contact us through our Contact page to update communication preferences.
6. Data Handling
We collect and use information described in our Privacy Policy. We apply reasonable safeguards, limit access on a need-to-know basis, and engage trusted service providers (such as email and SMS delivery vendors) to support communications.
7. Your Control
You may request access, correction, or deletion of communication preferences and related personal information at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
