Steps & Phases, operated by Community Wellness Organization LLC, is committed to building a digital experience that is welcoming and usable by people of all abilities. Accessibility is an ongoing priority across our website, dashboard, and member communications.
Our Commitment
We strive to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the principles of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We design with semantic structure, keyboard navigation, sufficient color contrast, descriptive labels, and responsive layouts in mind.

We design for a diverse community of members, partners, and visitors. Our goal is for every person to be able to discover, explore, and participate in Steps & Phases regardless of device, ability, or assistive technology.
